Important: Your website has a daily automated backup feature and stores backups for 60 days to ensure you never lose your website content. However, you can further reduce the risk of problems by taking the time to undertand how to create a backup manually. If you create a manual backup before any significant change you virtually eliminate the risk of problems. You can find out more about creating manual backups via the quick reference links.

To contact WP Engine for support you will need to be able to login to your WP Engine User Portal. Upon handing over your website, we would have created a user account for you and you would have received a notification from WP Engine to generate a password. If you didn’t create a User Portal password or have lost it you will need to contact Razz for support.
